Summer 2016 Trends

There’s a lot of interesting fashion trends this summer, some we need to pay extra attention to.

Pattern-on-Pattern

Don’t be afraid to mix and combine garments with different patterns. This summer is all about layering pattern on pattern. It’s not so much about what pattern you wear, but how you wear it.

Choose either matching patterns for your top and bottom, or choose two colors/prints that are complementary to one another.

Avoid overpowering the bold print by choosing accessories in the colors of navy blue, white or black. This way, the accessories will add as a nice touch to your outfit, but not draw attention away from your prints and patterns.

White Pants & Chinos

The summer of 2016 has a lot of white colored pants and chinos. Your white pants will nicely complement navy blue as well as bright colors. The white pants and chinos trend is worn best accessories in brown, such as boots and belts.

Green Suits

If you’re unsure which shade of green to go for, choose an olive green color or dark green. A darker green suit is easier to pull off than a bright green suit, and you can use it on more occasions. A dark green suit can even be an alternative to your dark grey or navy blue suit.

The Color Grey

Warmer weather usually means brighter colors in clothing; however, the color grey is unavoidable in the Spring and Summer of 2016. You surely have one grey garment in your closet already.
