The second reason is that we regularly get gifts from them and that they offer help if your clothes do not fit (which has not happened to us). We have already received a couple of shirts and even a suit as gifts. It was so nice and unexpected when we found 2 suits plus a shirt instead of one suit in one of our orders.

This is an excellent service. I use a wheelchair, and I have an unusual shape, so it is good to find a website that can take my measurements. I ordered a waistcoat, to see how everything went. Although it was a little tight, and not 100% in keeping with my measurements, the company had no problem taking it back and remaking the garment. The new waistcoat was shipped, arrived without any hassle, fitted perfectly.
